Would you like to find out at an early stage what career paths are available and how you can make the smoothest possible transition into the world of work?
Or would you like to discuss your ideas and thoughts about your future with an experienced and independent specialist?
Our aim is to help you become aware of your skills and interests, enabling you to approach your entry into the world of work with optimism. We pursue this goal with passion and dedication!
Preparation
To ensure you get the most out of a counselling session, it is helpful if you have already given some thought to your questions and made some notes.
Our advisers assume that you
- have completed the UZH Career Profiler before the consultation. The questionnaire assesses your interests, skills and values. The results serve as a basis for our consultation, and we ask you to upload the PDF of your results when you register (see below). Allow around 25 minutes to complete it.
- have consulted our career planning guide. On our website, you’ll find plenty of advice, job vacancies and links that may be of help to you.

Fill in the form. This service is available to students, PhD candidates and postdocs at the University of Zurich for up to one year after graduation and is free of charge.
