If you require any specific materials (flipchart, pens, flipchart cards), please let Camilla Testere know by 2 October 2026.

Please bring your own laptop, as there are no PCs available in the UZH rooms. 

Each room is equipped as follows:

• Projector and screen
• HDMI port: If you are bringing your own laptop that does not have an HDMI port, please bring a suitable adapter with you, as these are not available in the rooms and cannot be provided by us.
• Power socket for laptops etc.
• 1 handheld microphone and 1 headset microphone
• Speakers

We recommend that you,

• bring an adapter suitable for your device if it does not have an HDMI port,,
• as well as your device’s power charger to ensure a power supply during the event.

Important to note:

• No presenters will be provided.
