Short Description

Time to exchange ideas, get to know each other and spark interest! Get in touch with the talents of tomorrow for three hours at a high table in the Lichthof.

We will provide you with a metal cube (50*50 cm) for the evening, on which flyers and goodies can be displayed.* A maximum of two representatives may attend and exchange with our students.

Date: 12 November 2026

Time: 18:00–21:00

• Set-up: from 17:15
• Dismantling: by 21:10

Information about the stand location will be communicated by email and on site.

We kindly ask you to bring your own name badges.

*Have you booked a dice game or a mini wheel of fortune? We will contact you by email to coordinate the details.

Material

You are welcome to bring the following materials to the event:

• 1 fire safety-certified roll-up banner (further information can be found under Security and Fire Safety)
• Goodies
• Flyers

No cardboard boxes may be stored in the Lichthof. We will provide you with a room for this purpose.

Invitation to the Closing Apéro at the Bodmerhaus

On 12 November 2026, we will officially close the Long Nights with an apéro at the Bodmerhaus (Schönberggasse 15, right next to the UZH Main Building) and warmly invite you to join us for a toast from 21:30 onwards.
