JobHub Fair in the Lichthof Irchel
The fair will take place in the UZH Lichthof (Irchel) on Tuesday, 23 March 2027, from 11:00 to 16:30.
Employer Booth (10m2)
For fire safety reasons, companies are not permitted to bring their own booths. Please note the fact sheet for the fair booth. The partition walls in landscape format will be provided by UZH, as will the 2 high tables (metal cubes).
You are responsible for ordering your poster and/or roll-ups in good time. The production costs are not included in the booth price.
Stand Plan
The stand plan will be announced approx. 2 weeks before the fair.
When assigning stands, we take into account a good distribution of larger and smaller companies as well as industry affiliation.
Set-up / Dismantling of the Booth on the Fair Day
Set-up from 09:30. Dismantling from the end of the fair, approx. 16:30, until no later than 18:00.

Your Fair Presence – Please Note
- Please note the two fact sheets fair booth and high table regarding permitted and non-permitted materials at your fair booth or high table.
- The material you bring with you, including waste and cardboard boxes, must be removed from the Lichthof after the fair. Any disposal costs will be charged.
- Power for PC, tablet and mobile phone: will be provided.
- Storage space for goodies and giveaways will be provided.
- The material cannot be sent in advance.
- We recommend the following number of people per booth: 4 people, taking turns. So far, representatives from the following areas have proven suitable as booth staff: young professionals, HR and line managers, such as potential team members or supervisors.
- The number of visitors depends on the attractiveness and familiarity of your company.
- Name badges: We kindly ask you to bring company-specific name badges yourself.
